User Agreement
Terms Acceptance
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise utilizing the website located at spinpalace-casino.ca (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"), operated by Baytree Interactive Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), the user (hereinafter referred to as "the User") is deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms, conditions, obligations, representations, and warranties set forth herein. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contractual instrument between the User and the Company. Access to and use of the Website shall be construed as the User's unequivocal acceptance of this Agreement in its entirety. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or revise this Agreement at any time without prior individual notification to Users. The User is required to ensure that all information provided to the Company through the Website is accurate, current, and complete. The User shall be solely responsible for all activities conducted through their account or session on the Website. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User's access to the Website at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the event that the User is found to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement or any applicable law or regulation. The Company further reserves the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authority or regulatory body that requests or requires disclosure of the identity or activities of any User who is suspected of engaging in unlawful conduct through the Website.
IP Rights
All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including but not limited to its design, layout, architecture, source code, text, graphics, images, audio content, video content, software, data compilations, databases, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and all other proprietary materials (collectively referred to as "the Proprietary Content") are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise controlled by the Company. Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other submissions provided by the User to the Company with respect to the Website shall be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary, and the Company shall be entitled to use such submissions without restriction and without any obligation of compensation or attribution to the User. The Company respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and expects Users to do the same. Any content submitted or posted by Users through interactive features of the Website, where available, must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. The Company reserves the right to remove any content that is believed to infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights without prior notice to the User responsible for such content.
Limitation Notice

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the aggregate liability of the Released Parties to the User for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the User's use of the Website exceed the total amount paid by the User to the Company in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability, or the sum of one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100.00), whichever is lesser.
